From his early days of training at the world famous French Laundry, Chef Bjoern quickly discovered his philosophy was more than just cooking. His dedication to the art of cooking was about heart, passion and respect. In Berlin, where nominations for Best Newcomer Chef and Chef Of The Year were just the beginning, his reputation for extracting exquisite colours and textures from the ingredients he uses started to get world-wide attention.
In Dubai at the über-famous Burj Al Arab Hotel, Chef Bjoern’s knack for turning his creations into show-stopping pieces of edible art were becoming his hallmark, and Michelin-star awards soon followed.
Until today, Chef Bjoern’s sensitivity to the very roots of his ingredients and a Taoist approach to cooking have received praise and countless accolades, right here in Hong Kong. KEE Club members can now look forward to sharing in this deep appreciation for culinary art and a completely fresh dining experience, with Chef Bjoern Alexander’s upcoming new menu.
