KEE Club is very proud to introduce our new Group Executive Chef, Bjoern Alexander.

From his early days of training at the world famous French Laundry, Chef Bjoern quickly discovered his philosophy was more than just cooking. His dedication to the art of cooking was about heart, passion and respect. In Berlin, where nominations for Best Newcomer Chef and Chef Of The Year were just the beginning, his reputation for extracting exquisite colours and textures from the ingredients he uses started to get world-wide attention.

In Dubai at the über-famous Burj Al Arab Hotel, Chef Bjoern’s knack for turning his creations into show-stopping pieces of edible art were becoming his hallmark, and Michelin-star awards soon followed.

Until today, Chef Bjoern’s sensitivity to the very roots of his ingredients and a Taoist approach to cooking have received praise and countless accolades, right here in Hong Kong. KEE Club members can now look forward to sharing in this deep appreciation for culinary art and a completely fresh dining experience, with Chef Bjoern Alexander’s upcoming new menu.

Dim Sum Lunch

We serve dim sum lunch everyday in our dining room. We pride in the origins of our food and we are proud our kitchen strictly contains no MSG a unique quality. We source only the best quality organic vegetables, all made to order and prepared according to homemade tastes.


At KEE, dinner isn’t just about exceptional food, wine or the perfect menu pairing, but rather, a complete experience. Our new dining concept, “Global Cuisine”, takes inspiration from some of the best cuisines from around the world. Chef Bjoern has chosen to start his culinary journey at KEE with a menu influenced by German food, together with his second love, Japanese gastronomy.

Global Cuisine will offer two menus – Tradition versus Revolution. The Tradition Menu comprises of European comfort food – authentic dishes reminiscent of dinners at home, while the Revolution Menu is an experiential feast that takes guests on a culinary journey through the featured country’s cuisine.

The Club’s Venetian Dining Room recalls palatial dining, in catering for all kinds of events, KEE features fully flexible conference and private dining services.

Creative in its approach and innovative in design, KEE energizes attendees and provides everything required to make your function a success.

Private Events

KEE has played host to a vast range of functions, from gourmet dinners featuring Michelin-star chefs, to champagne and wine pairings for marques like Krug, Veuve Clicquot and Gaja, to private fashion shows for such brands as La Perla.

Art is the essence of KEE, a distinction that connoisseurs recognise and treasure with art talks, regular exhibitions and headline events. Christie’s private viewing of priceless Monets as well as gala dinner for Christie’s Chairman, Viscount David Lindley, are just some of the club’s recent events.

Charity auctions, film screenings, corporate seminars and lunchtime talks on a wide range of subjects are also regularly held at KEE.
